Aaron Goodis is 28 years old and lives in Vancouver, B.C. He's been fly fishing since he was five. He enjoys fishing for all species but currently specializes in spey casting for Steelhead and fishing the interior lakes for bows. He loves tying and fishing Intruder style flies, making photographs while on the water, and landscape photography. He's been involved in the fly fishing industry for about 12 years, working at a well known fly shop as well as spending four summers developing and guiding a fly fishing program at a fishing resort in northern British Columbia. At the present he is a Federation of Fly Fishers certified fly casting instructor and is developing both single and double handed fly casting courses and on the water schools through Michael and Young Fly Shop. He gives demonstrations on modern Steelhead fly tying, and is working on a coffee table book.
